We take pride in the quality of our products, and our policy is to ensure that all our products are delivered in perfect condition. If for any reason the product arrives to you in a sub-standard or faulty condition please let us know and we will arrange for an immediate exchange or refund.
Please email images of the product showing the damage from several different angles, along with your order number, we need this before a replacement can be sent.
"Personalised" products ordered in error cannot be returned.
If the wrong item is ordered, it can be returned and you will be offered a full refund for the cost of the product (excluding delivery charges)
